Scott is a marketing professional with experience in developing strategic marketing plans, conceptualizing new campaigns and the coordination and implementation of project initiatives. Scott is comfortable working in large corporate settings as well as with small businesses. In his most recent position, he managed over 200 retail accounts and was the marketing lead for the company's largest corporate initiative.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in marketing.

Ray is a retired police commander who also owned a police supply business for twelve years and later managed a small chain of retail gun stores. He joined Glock as Regional Manager and was elevated to National Sales Manager. After a brief stint with Beretta, Ray joined SIG SAUER as Deputy Director of Sales, eventually becoming Vice President. He and his team drastically increased SIG'S market share with innovative programs and enhanced customer service.

Ray holds dual BA degrees in Business Administration and Business Management and is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy. He currently serves on the Firearms Committee of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
